So from packing my stuff in May, leaving Belmont, unpacking four hours away in Jeff City, working, then packing to go home to Jersey for three weeks, unpacking, then packing again, I'm now kinda tired of travelling! haha
Don't worry. Never worry. The traveler is still in me and I will jump to go on any road trip. However, from tomorrow til fall break, I will not want to move my stuff anymore.
This year I will once again room with Ash. We're in a suite in TK and I'm really excited to check it out. She assured me she was going to be there once the doors opened at 3pm. We shall see.
I'm so excited to be going back to my beloved Belmont. It seems like an eternity since I've walked its campus, rustled its leaves, and pondered over why the landscapers dig up perfectly bloomed flowers and replace them with closed ones. The mysteries of that place. I'm expecting a maturity level like no other and want that spiritual maturity I've been longing for but haven't seemed to grasp because of my own shortcomings. God is faithful and He'll see me through.
After being at AO all summer, coming home and going back to where it all started, I'm itching to share with my friends all that has happened. So much has occurred and I've finally been able to put the memories in their own little nook in my mind and heart. I'm anticipating what God has for me this year and can't wait to start this sophomore adventure.
Tomorrow I move in and let's hope and pray it goes smoothly.
